Studio Policies at The Pilates Firm:

Session Guidelines:

  • Each session lasts 50 minutes to allow disinfection of equipment.
  • Arrive shortly before your session and wait for instructor guidance.
  • Small group sessions accommodate up to three individuals.
  • If unwell (cold, fever, sore throat, headache), please stay home. Inform 24 hours ahead to waive fees due to illness.
  • Grip Socks are mandatory in the studio. If you forget them or need to purchase a pair, we sell them at our cost for your convenience. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Etiquette and Environment:

  • Maintain silence when entering to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing sessions.
  • Refrain from wearing perfumes or colognes. We prioritize a fragrance-free environment, respecting scent sensitivities.
  • Pets are not permitted in the studio. 
  • Please silence your cell phone prior to entering the studio.

Package and Payment Details:

  • Use packages by their expiration date.
  • All packages work with both Senior and Certified instructors with deductions from the balance.
  • Previous season packages roll into the new season but expire one year from the original purchase.
  • Pay-per-session available. Bulk-buying offers discounts, ideal for regulars.
  • Packages are mainly for individual use but spouses can share. All are non-refundable.
  • We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and credit cards. Credit card payments have a 3.5% fee. All sales are final per Florida State regulations.
