The Pilates Firm Pricing and Policies

Studio Policies at The Pilates Firm:

Session Guidelines:

  • Each session lasts 50 minutes to allow disinfection of equipment.
  • Arrive shortly before your session and wait for instructor guidance.
  • Small group sessions accommodate up to three individuals.
  • If unwell (cold, fever, sore throat, headache), please stay home. Inform 24 hours ahead to waive fees due to illness.
  • Grip Socks are mandatory in the studio. If you forget them or need to purchase a pair, we sell them at our cost for your convenience. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Etiquette and Environment:

  • Maintain silence when entering to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing sessions.
  • Refrain from wearing perfumes or colognes. We prioritize a fragrance-free environment, respecting scent sensitivities.
  • Pets are not permitted in the studio. 
  • Please silence your cell phone prior to entering the studio.

Package Policies:

Discount packages must be used by the expiration date.

Packages have a monetary value and may be used for all types of classes with both Senior and Certified instructors. The charges will be subtracted from your package balance.

If you have a package from last season, the monetary value may be used towards the new season rates. All class packages will be transferred and honored towards the new system. However, the expiration date of one year from the purchase of the old package will be applied.

Packages are non-transferable. The only exception is a Husband/Wife may share a package.

Packages are non-refundable. You may pay as you go for the regular rate.

The discounted package is based on buying in bulk for the client who regularly visits the studio.

How to Pay:

We accept cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle fee-free.
Credit cards will be charged a 3.5% usage fee.

Cancellation:

We require a 24 hour notice of cancellation in order to NOT BE CHARGED in full.

The only exception is if you are feeling Ill.

Please do not come to the studio with a cold, fever, sore throat, or headache. As a courtesy, we will waive the 24 hour cancellation fee.

This and That:

We ask that you do not wear perfume, cologne or scented lotion. Many of our clients and staff are scent- sensitive.

We do not allow pets of any kind into the studio under any circumstances.
