Chelsea Valenzano is a certified Balance Body Pilates Instructor. She is certified through The National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She holds additional certifications with LagreeFitness, Spinning and TRX. Chelsea has over 12 years of experience training clients coast to coast, both virtually and in studio.
Originally from Boston, Chelsea brings her experience, positive attitude and high energy to health and wellness.
